This recipe is the perfect healthy meal to hydrate and heat up your internal core, boost your immune system while delivering the nutrients you need. Bone broth is loaded with collagen and amino acids, our bodies building blocks! This soup can help support your immune function, joint and gut health, and aid in weight loss/management (amongst many other benefits). Eggs are also extremely beneficial. Eggs contain almost all the nutrients your body needs. Eggs can support heart health and are packed with protein. I will be having this soup daily all through winter and spring. 1 box chicken BONE broth (or bone broth of choice)
3 eggs (beaten)
2 tablespoons Chili (recommended) sesame oil (or plain sesame oil if you don't like any spice)
quarter cup of Acid Leagues "Shio ramen broth bomb" (broth concentrate for flavor)
chopped green onion
1-2 tablespoons garlic paste (or minced)
2 tablespoons corn starch
2 tablespoons liquid aminos (optional)
Bring Bone broth, chili sesame oil, liquid aminos, pepper and minced garlic to a light boil. Add green onion. in a separate cup or bowl, mix cornstarch with quarter cup of water and add to the broth mix. Bring that to a boil then slowly add beaten eggs. stir and shut off the heat. Let sit for 3 minutes and enjoy!
