How To Get Rid Of Cellulite

For starters cellulite is completely natural and normal. It's a harmless but annoying skin condition (most common in women) that causes a lumpy, dimple like pattern under the skin. Cellulite is mainly caused by fat deposits under the skin that are being pushed up through the connective tissue. If you're looking to get rid of cellulite wherever you may have it, I would highly suggest cutting out soda, processed meats, cheese, margarine, bread, anything high in sodium, trans fat and sugar. Sugar slows down your bodies natural collagen production and collagen is necessary to smooth and plump the skin. Sodium causes the body to retain water (bloating). Too much water retention makes cellulite look so much worse. DRINK WATER!! Water is such an underrated factor in our overall health and appearance. I personally drink anywhere between a half gallon to full gallon of water per day. This can be in any form. Half water, half green tea is my favorite way to get it down. (Green tea is loaded with antioxidants and is said to target belly fat) Water flushes out the toxins and sodium that causes cellulite, so staying hydrated is super key. Add some lemon and lime for added benefits. Exercising is a major key to eliminating cellulite all together. Incorporating weights into your exercise routine is the fastest way to build muscle and diminish the fat deposits. Squats, sprints, lunges, and frequenting the sauna are great additions to try on your quest to being cellulite free. Coffee scrub is one of my personal go to's as well. Caffeine when applied topically, plumps the skin to reduce the appearance of cellulite, wrinkles, etc. It promotes lymphatic drainage and even skin tone which minimizes cellulite appearance. So to sum it all up, drink lots of water, exercise and cut out unhealthy food habits and you will see that cellulite disappear!!
