Healthy Protein Chili

This Chili is what I eat most when I'm really trying to get in shape fast! It provides a hefty serving of protein and veggies to keep you going. What you will need...

-1 pound ground turkey ( or whichever meat you prefer)

-1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes

-1 6 oz. can tomato paste

-peppers ( I do one of each color)

-1 red and 1 white onion

-1 32 oz. box chicken bone broth

-Chili seasoning packet of your choice (I use hot)

-1 can red kidney beans

-1 can black beans

-1 small can corn (or fresh/ frozen) corn

-(extra chili powder/ seasonings to taste)

season and brown ground turkey. Drain turkey and add to a large pot. Add bone broth, crushed tomato, tomato paste and chili mix. Chop up your veggies and add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and let cook on low until chili starts to thicken. Once cooled it will thicken a bit more. Add avocado as a topper for some extra healthy fats! Enjoy
