Flat Belly Drink

There are so many reasons why I love this drink! My favorite flat belly drink combats bloat with a hint of fat burn action and lots of vitamins and antioxidants.

- 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

- Lemon juice from 1 lemon

- Orange juice from 1 orange

- 6-8oz. Water (don't forget the water!)

- Turmeric (powder or root)

- Maple syrup or raw honey (to taste)

- Ginger (Not necessary but a great addition)

In a blender add all ingredients and blend for 20 seconds or until all solid ingredients ( honey, turmeric root, ginger) are liquified.

The orange provides a dose of vitamin C as well as making the drink a little more tolerable. Turmeric is an anti inflammatory and has many health benefits. Raw honey is anti bacterial and will sweeten the drink up a bit. Lemon juice aids in digestion and balancing the acidity levels in the belly. ACV has many benefits. It aids in weight loss, improves skin health, and works wonders in your stomach. All these things work together to keep things flowing properly to keep your belly flat and your body balanced and healthy.
